In February 2005, Becky T, Mary W, Karen P, Shelly S, and Pat R traveled to Berlin for the 2005 Berlin Film Festival, or Berlinale. Between the five of them, there was coverage of the entire festival.

Part of the responsibility for attending the festival was doing a write-up of their experiences. Thus, the Currents 55th Berlinale Special Issue was created. The original issue was printed in May 2005 and was sent to the American Women's Club membership in June 2005. Since putting the original printed version online as a PDF would take up too much space, we have posted the pages individually here.
